Thank you for your interest in joining the American Society of Medical Shockwave Treatment!

We welcome any active medical professional who is interested in Shockwave therapy or has practiced Shockwave therapy for any number of years. We also welcome any student, resident or fellow who is interested in learning more about shockwave therapy.

Please fill out the membership application below with your information, including the year you started practicing, the year you started using shockwave therapy, and your medical specialty.

Active Medical Professional $399 Annually

Any practicing medical professional that is actively providing shockwave treatment as part of their care. This does not include suppliers of shockwave machines.

Student/Resident/Fellow $199 Annually

Any individual that is currently enrolled in a medical, residency, or fellowship program.
